150920 iu Working Towards Fall Comeback With Self-Produced Album

It was revealed that populer singer iu is working towards a new album in the fall.

According to a number of industry insiders on September 21, iu is working on a new album towards a fall comeback. While the exact tanggal for the release is not yet confirmed, it was reported that she is currently in the final stages of preparation.

This will be the first comeback for iu since her last comeback with her collaboration album “Flower Bookmark” in May of 2014.

It was also revealed that iu will have not only composed and written the lyrics to every song on the new album, she also participated in producing them. Although she has included several self-composed songs in sebelumnya albums, this is the first album for iu that is fully self-composed.

IU’s reps said, “Right now, all of the work for the album is being done under IU’s leadership without a producer.” They said, “As such, it will be an album that shows IU’s warna as a singer-songwriter very well.”

151028 iu takes over Gaon's weekly musik chart with tracks from 'CHAT-SHIRE'

It has been recently reported that six out of seven tracks from IU's latest album 'CHAT-SHIRE' has placed themselves in the puncak, atas 10 weekly digital chart on Gaon!

According to the reports, IU's judul track, "Twenty-Three," is currently on puncak, atas of the daftar while "The Shower," "New Shoes," and "Knee" followed closely, placing 2nd, 5th, and 6th place respectively.

In addition, "Zeze" and "Red Queen" was also spotted on the puncak, atas 10 daftar as 8th and 10th place respectively.

iu revealed that she actually hates filming for musik videos. At the showcase for her fourth mini album 'CHAT-SHIRE' on October 23, the singer met with fan around her age and discussed the making of her album.

After performing her judul song "Twenty-three", iu shared, "Personally, I hate filming for musik videos. It's such a hard thing to do. Filming for commercials is difficult, but there's a goal there. The point is to sell a lot of a product. However, an MV is just for me, which makes it hard."

She added, "This MV was the first time I had fun filming... It was really fun. It ended with one shot."

Dispatch just reported that iu and indie band member Chang Kiha are in a relationship, and it's been officially confirmed oleh IU's agency that the two are indeed an item!

IU's company Loen Tree's representative stated, "After confirming with IU, we confirmed that she and Chang Kiha both have good feelings towards one another. Starting from two years ago, the two began interacting, and they began having good feelings towards each other. The two are currently happily meeting."

They added, "Musically and as colleagues, we ask for a warm response and to watch over them so that they can have a beautiful relationship beside one another."
