Entitled “Heart,” the soft acoustic track was written, composed, and produced oleh iu herself with the help of Kim Jae Hwi.
The stripped down song highlights IU’s sweet and soothing vocals, which go perfectly with the poignant lyrics. “As everything in this world dies and is reborn/ Even as I grow older/ Solely this jantung of mine without any wrinkles/ Shines brightly here/ alive forever/ alive forever,” she croons.
