imagine anda have no body ,you are lighter than air , your in a jalan, street with a black tarmacked road.

your looking down at the road.

all anda can see is the black road... its dark and totaly silent.

it begins to rain..

still looking at the blackness of the tar

anda see a puddle forming..
anda have no reflection so anda can see the sky and many ripples in the puddle..

anda can hear the rain dripping in the puddle
anda can feel anda coolness of a warm breeze
anda can feel a feeling of peace
as the rain stops

the rain has stopped
anda look around and anda notice the black road is now a river.

a rakit is difting towards anda very slowly
still with no body anda drift towards the raft

your spirit gets onto the raft, still invisible and lighter than air anda lay back.

your on the rakit ... from above just a rakit is visable ... drifting slowly along

the water is very reflective...

it reflects many colours...

(this is where anda ask the person to keep their eyes shut but discribe what they can see)
