Image maker needed!

As some of anda may know, Im not the best graphic maker maker ever and I need a 730x140 banner for my blog for school. (No I cannot give it out to anda guys, sorry! I would if I could, but I cant.)

PS If anda do happen to make it, it can contain House characters, but must relate to medical related things. (my research topic is medical sanitation. And yeah, my blog is for a research project.) And in case anda really wanted it, I will credit you!
