Malfoy was never to good at anything that we see, he braggs about his flying but isn't that good. Ron is lazy, and even when the one thing he's really good at is wizard chess, I think he's best at magic generally speaking

well if Draco was bad at flying that means harry actually not very good since there is no valuable competition ;)

in academic malfoy actually very good. better than harry and ron at least tough no where near hermione. his seeker ability was good but he never could beat harry. he was a skilled legillimens/occlumens that snape couldn't break his shield in HBP (source: harry potter wikia)

he's quite a skilled wizard I think(of course he had good private teachers)
