As I've said to these many times before, he cannot make a cartoon a movie an anime-whatever else- for television or the big screen, simply because of the fact there would be too many copyright problems to count. Also, I would guess the guy who thought Junior and Minnie up would get a bit p-o'ed. He could, however, make an animation and put on Youtube (on the grounds he credited the owners of characters, because you can get flagged for that).

Then again, animation is hard, we don't know if he'll have to draw out everything by hand, instead of a few times and using a database and changing slightly. I mean, Grim Tales was actually prettyyyyyyyyy longggggggggg, and given the averages of the good old days when computers didn't do this for us, it was 24 pictures per second. I think he would have carpal tunnel...and his hands would bleed...
