Susie ! This was so hard, if God made Jesus in his own image then surely it would make sense that God does have a body but in a spirit sense (if you know what i mean) Excellent question that certainly gives food for thought !

I believe that God is spirit. Because God is God, he can do ANYTHING. So He made a part of him go to Blessed Mary. Then a part of God became man.

I always imagined seeing half of both... I don't know how to explain it but I think he's in the shape of a body but it's more of a mist like a ghost and is really really bright

Well, everyone says He's a pure spirit, but I've always pictured Him with a body. I could definitely be wrong, though.
