Why does Gee always have red stains on his hands and neck?!

Why does Gee always have red stains on his hands and neck?! Is it hair dye...? atau does he do it on purpose? I know this is a stupid pertanyaan but I always notice it and was just kinda wondering what it was. Thanks for any help :D (You can see it at the start of this video)

Yeah...sorry, :D I know he doesn't have it ALL the time but just a lot recently. I was dyeing my hair a few days yang lalu and now I look like that!! My neck, half my face and both hands are now bright pink!!! Whoopsy...
