I am menulis this in regards to the song"The Dance and how it has effected my family and my life, My father was a big fan of Garth Brooks which in turn means that our child kap, hood was filled with his music, we never complained as a matter of fact we all loved his songs
On July 30th 2006 my father passed away suddenly, my baby sister was halaman awal with him when this occurred she was just a child, when she called me that afternoon and told me that she couldn't wake daddy I immediately jumped in my truck and rushed to my baby sister side, he had passed due to a jantung attack in his sleep
during his funeral my fathers nephew stood in front of everyone and picked up a gitar and sung my fathers favorit song ... The Dance.
Years after his death this song haunted us, we loved hearing the song it meant so much to us but at the same time it was very painful, I guess anda could say it was pahit sweet
as the years passed me and my older sister watched over our baby sister and watched her grow into a beautiful lady, she had a laugh and smile all the time everyone that met her loved her and we were so proud of her, she graduated high school and became a dental hygienist and moved out on her own to another state(near oleh of course), she stayed In touch with us every hari telling us of her ventures and her woes, one particular hari she called and told us that we had to get together soon she had gotten a tattoo and wanted to share it with us, so as soon as we could we all got together to share her joy with this first lasting decision she made... we were shocked, on her right side between her ribs and hip there was this tattooed verse in beautiful cursive menulis that read: I could have missed the pain
But I'd have had to miss the dance. My sister and I knew what an impact this song had on us we were the older children, but now we knew it had impacted our baby sister as well, she was so proud of this tattoo and of course other members of the family thought it was a little much on this young 90 pound 4 foot 4 little body, but my sister and I was just as proud of her and her statement as she was, months to come we were sent pictures of the art work on facebook as well as her young friends, after all we were all 18 yrs. old at some time.
Baby sister was doing great at her new career and making lebih new friends she was so excited about life we looked meneruskan, ke depan for her messages after work , however early one morning we received a call we never wanted to hear, sister had lost her life in an automobile accident, this was the darkest hari of my life, days following the accident while preparing for her funeral I had to choose a headstone for her that reflected her and things that were most important to her this was probably the easiest part of the entire process, we laid my sister to rest with a head stone of bronze etched with a beautiful picture of her and with her favorit horse and along the bottom it reads: I could have missed the pain
But I'd have had to miss the dance.

I know this is a long story but I just want to let everyone know what an impact a single song can have on someone's life, and would like to thank Garth, for each time we hear this song our hearts fill with sorrow, cinta and precious memories of my Dad and my Baby Sister .

cinta Always
Stephers
