Lacey Mosley is the vocalist from Flyleaf, a Texas alt-rock band that's gearing up for their detik tahun on Korn's Family Values tour. Kidzworld sat down to chat with the southern rocker about life on the road as a rising rock star.

Sindy: So you're just wrapping up the Justice & Mercy Tour? How are anda feeling?

When did anda first realize anda wanted to sing atau be in a band?

My mother did, I'm still deciding actually.

Well the thing was, my mom was a musician and we were really poor growing up so I never thought this was really possible. So when it all happened it was like...You never know what's going to happen tomorrow so I never thought I would do this for real. I did it for fun, anda know? It all happened.

How would anda describe your band's sound?

I guess we're kind of like a heavier, darker kind of rock. I don't really know. We try to make the musik correspond to whatever the story is in the...

Christian teens say they’ll feel comfortable inviting non-Christian friends to hear bands that, like Flyleaf, have had success on mainstream as well as Christian charts. Flyleaf’s video have played on mtv and VH1. They’ve topped online fan poling and had songs included in games such as gitar Hero 3 and Rock Band.
