Is there going to be a fourth book?

I mean I've heard some pretty strong rumors that there is going to be but I'm not sure are any of anda sure?

At first, Paolini intended to write only three, the last one named Empire, but he wrote to much and changed the original storyline, so he wrote two books: Brisingr (third book) and Inheritance(fourth book, which is not out yet while I am menulis this, but will be in November 2011).
