I absolutely love the basic style of story-telling. It made it down-to-earth, realistic, and almost like theatre.

What simplicity? This is a work of pure genius. Ok, after I finish my analysis of Barney Stinson, I'm going to analyze Dr. Horrible. Dr. Horrible is a complex and deep story with a simple facade to weed out those who don't fully appreciate or understand it. Plus, the music is really catchy.

I loved the movie so I said yes but... simplicity? It was NOT simple with all the foreshadowing and the cinemas and things you don't really notice the first time around. Such as how Doctor Horrible's goggles reflected with light at the beginning and as he grew darker so did the goggles until at the very end they went black with his gloves. Or how Penny held two frozen yogurts during 'so they say' and looked out the door waiting for Billy... or how she calls him Billy Buddy in story of a girl and then in slipping he calls himself Billy buddy.... I can go on forever <3
