I will vote for Trump, but my vote for him will be only 5 percent for him and 95 percent an anti–Hillary Clinton vote. I would have preferred a better conservative as the Republican nominee. Ted Cruz was the candidate I supported in the primary, and he's someone I hope will become president someday. Trump doesn't have much of an ideological core. He's changed his own party affiliation many times, and he was a Democrat as recently as George W. Bush's presidency. Still, Clinton will disappoint conservatives 100 percent of the time, so an impure Trump is preferable to having another committed Democrat occupying the White House.
