Not yet. At the moment her only true personality is very childlike so she isn't in the right mental state to be in a relationship, but the show is exploring her developing personality and intellect, so it may get to the stage where she could be in a relationship eventually.
It certainly couldn't be any time soon though. Mentally, dating her now would be like dating a young child.

Joss has already said that he's going to explore how possible it would be to form a relationship between Echo and agent Ballard. But i agree with Asvini, right now she's mentally only a child, not even a teen, so there's no way joss will engage them in flerting just yet. (unless of course we are dealing with imprinted-Echo, not wiped out-Echo) :)

I'm with Asvini- at this moment no and of course it would be totally inappropriate for a normal person to have a relationship with a doll. Two actives together would be a tad better but still, they're like children. Eventually maybe.

I know joss has kind of been himing at Paul and Echo, but I'd love it if we found out that Caroline has someone, maybe someone who's been looking for her or something

She's the main character and she needs at least a possibility that she will get a love interest. I mean Angel, who was a vampire, managed to get some girls swoon over him.

I don't think the dolls are as childlike as people make them out to be. Joss described them as a mixture of innocence and elegance and so I think they are alot more mature than people say. Although she remembered Sierra after a wipe so I suppose there is still a ppossibility.
