Well, Finding Nemo is more sad cause Martin (Nemo's dad) loses ALL of his children (except Nemo) while they were still in their eggs NOT EVEN hatched (And there were ALOT of eggs) AND His Wife (Coral)dies to. So I think it's pretty sad.
