Thinking this out-

Ariel fluffs her hair in front of a mirror and combs it and tries to look presentable. Jasmine brushes her hair and always looks pretty. Snow White fluffs her hair numerous times and also when she runs away from the prince, checks herself over before coming back out. Cinderella combs and brushes her hair a number of times in the mirror.

So Belle, Tiana, Pocahontas, Mulan, and Aurora are left.

Out of them...probably Pocahontas.

It's between Mulan, Tiana & Pocahontas...

Mulan is second. But Mulan obviously cares somewhat about her appearance. In the Bring Honour To Us All song, she styles her own hair to make her look complete, etc. Pocahontas doesn't even do that much. She fiddles with her hair when she's nervous, but that's about it.

I guess so. Bah, I never noticed that Belle had dimples. I thought Tiana was the only one.

none of them really care, i think. but Mulan must really not care, since she cuts off her hair and pretends to be a guy.

or Pocahontas

Mulan does care about how she appears to others, while I don't think Pocahontas cares at all.

And still she is the prettiest.

All she cares about is working.
