I was tempted to pick Poca because she reminds me a bit of Shang (dutiful, sometimes pretty serious, very athletic) but their ways of thinking are totally different and I think Shang would have a problem with Pocahontas being completely against fighting, because even if he doesn't want to, he'd do it to protect people.

Tiana is stern, hardworking and doesn't let anything get in the way of her goal. I think he would appreciate a wife like that.

Seriously, I think he'd go for Rapunzel.
He liked Mulan initially because he found her interesting and because of how different she was, as well as those characteristics being attractive to him. He liked Mulan because she was intelligent, resourceful, stood for what she believed in, expressed her opinions, and was loyal. Rapunzel is all those things (well, loyal is a bit questionable, but she was willing to give up her freedom for Flynn's life, and he said she was a good queen, so I guess that could give her loyal a bit.) I also think he'd be more attracted to an eccentric type.

I think he would like her and Rapunzel but Tiana he would drool over because she can take the fire and won't let anyone get in her way.

I am choosing this because they are alike, and they would really respect and like each other. Where did people get Ariel from?

Eating Fish is really big in China, I think the only reason Shang would like Ariel is so he won't stave...heheheheh jk.
