she would like that snow white doesnt let the dwarfs do whatever they want while she's there just like eilonwy doesnt let taran push her around, but both accept help (snow white the dwarves help, eilonwy taran's help). they are girly and proper and practical, and eilonwy would like that snow is a confident, feminine princess.

Rapunzel, Belle, or one of the younger ones. Eilonwy would like how spunky Rapunzel is. She would like her imagination and creativity. Eilonwy would love Rapunzel's adventurous personality.
