Pocahontas- What a Wonderful World oleh Louis Armstrong: An uplifting and encouraging song that asks people to stop, think and appreciate the world around them as well as the people who inhabit it.

Anna- Come On Eileen oleh Dexy's Midnight Runners: If anda haven't heard it, I'd suggest it. It even starts with a little bit of sophisticated violin before jumping into the quirky melodic tune and then jumping again to a lebih playful dance pop tune. A bit of a quirky and upbeat song, I think it musically fits Anna's personality perfectly. (Although lyrically the song does speak to youthful impulses albeit lebih masculine than feminine though.)

Rapunzel- Please, Please, Please, Let Me Get What I Want oleh The Smiths: A beautiful and sweet (short) song about wanting to achieve a desired goal for the first time in one's life. I think Rapunzel would cinta this song musically and lyrically as it would remind her of the haunted past that she had living with Mother Gothel.

Merida- Smells Like Teen Spirit oleh Nirvana: Too many reasons! An ultimate teenage rebellion song, an ultimate societal rebellion song, basically an ultimate rebellion song. Very punk and signature of the 90s.

Jasmine- Blue Monday oleh New Order: I think this song fits Jasmine's contrast of personality and character perfectly! The song is incredibly upbeat, catchy and was a huge dance club hit but the lyrics are very sad and morose. melati loves to have fun and have a good time but deep down she is a spoiled shrew. Since melati seems to have a shorter attention span, I think she'd like the radio version over the album version.

Mulan- hey Jude oleh The Beatles: A beautiful, emotional, genuine and heart-wrenching song written oleh Paul McCartney for John Lennon's son who was abandoned oleh his father to encourage him to not let this rejection ruin his life. I think mulan would cinta the message of this song and I think she would personally relate to it because of how lost she felt in the beginning of her film. She felt like she'd dishonor her family and subsequently be rejected oleh all of society. Instead she proved herself and Shang even showed up at her house at the end. That's where "you have found her, now go and get her" would come in. For all of the war she had to go through, now it's time for her to enjoy her life and new cinta partner.
