One of Snow White’s most discussed lines: I'm so ashamed of the fuss I've made. This line is discussed because Snow seems to not only apologize for feeling bad, but also feel bad for feeling bad. She seems to be ashamed for reacting in a perfectly normal way to a traumatic event.
So why did Snow White say this line and what does it say about her character?
To answer this, I'm going to go through the context in which this line is said. Snow White says it to the binatang after she breaks down crying due to her woods scene, arguably the lowest point in her movie.
Firstly, consider that these binatang were there for Snow to talk to. This means that they weren’t scared off oleh this girl, who had just been running, screaming, and was now crying, in their woods. Rather than running away, they were cautiously curious and started to approach her.
Snow exclaimed when she realized this and surprised them, causing them scatter.
Oh! Please, don't run away. I won't hurt you. I'm awfully sorry. I didn't mean to frighten you.
Snow is so sympathetic that she sets aside her own scary experience to apologize for scaring the animals. She knows how upsetting being frightened can be and she wouldn’t want to cause anyone further distress - no matter how minor. Thus, even at her lowest and when on one seems to care about her, Snow still cares for others.
But anda don't know what I've been through. And all because I was afraid.
That is, “what [Show White has] been through (=the forest)” was “because [she] was afraid.” In other words, her fears caused the forest to freak her out. In my “Running into (and in) the Forest” analysis, this is slightly elaborated in my “psychology” part.
I’M SO ASHAMED OF THE FUSS I’VE MADE. What do anda do when things go wrong?
Thus Snow White is not ashamed for being afraid nor for things going wrong, rather, she is ashamed for making a fuss when things went wrong. In reference to the sebelumnya line, had she controlled her fears, the forest wouldn’t have freaked her out. In essence, she’s feels embarrassed and guilty for making a bad situation worse... so she maturely asks what to do to make things better.
Oh! anda sing a song! + [“With a Smile and a Song” song]
This song not only illustrates the benefits of an optimistic attitude but highlights the futility of a pessimistic attitude (= “There's no use in grumbling When raindrops come tumbling”) for she notes that “[s]Remember[/s] you're the one Who can fill the world with sunshine.”
If Snow wants things to become better then she has to cause that improvement. Encouraging / reassuring herself with this fact and having regained her composure, she transitions from suffering to contentment.
I really feel quite happy now. I'm sure I'll get along somehow. Everything's going to be all right. + But I do need a place to sleep at night... + Maybe anda know where I can stay. In the woods somewhere? anda do? Will anda take me there?
And so the story resumes with Snow White, rather than continuing to scare herself and scaring off the animals, befriending them and having them help her not only find a place to live but also earn her keep (=by cleaning the house).
All these (future) benefits wouldn’t have come if she had allowed herself to be continue making a fuss and freaking out. No, she had to be level-headed first, and this line helped her do that.

Overall, this one-liner and related contextual lines, showcase Snow White’s inner strength to transition from despair to hope. She is fundamentally optimistic and these lines tampil her overcoming / moderating her own negativity while being (well, trying to be) emotionally calm and rationally sensible.
Remember that from the beginning of the story Snow is in constant mortal danger for having surpassed the vain Queen’s beauty. Rather than making a fuss, atau grumbling, she continues with her positive outlook on life, living as best and as happily as she could: singing, dancing, and storytelling with dwarfs, and happily making their cottage her home.

He took me on a magical flight.
We flew around under the stars,
We could do anything; the night was ours.
I fell for him right there on that magic carpet.
I know this is a feeling I will never forget.
I finally found a handsome Prince.
Now everything in my life makes sense.
With him is where I belong.
I know what I’m feeling isn’t wrong.
I want to be with him for always.
When I’m with him I’m in a daze.
My future is beginning to unfurl,
All because he introduced me to a whole new world.
