Dmitry Vladimir, male, white, aged 24 years, single, a native of Romania. Recommended his commitment to Azkaban, finding him suffering from mental illness, perhaps Insanity.

He was caught oleh the Ministry on the tanggal of August 18th, on the jalan, street of ceri, cherry pohon Lane, and charged with reckless behavior and convicted Death Eater. He seems to be insane.. Always yelling in his mother language, shaking the bars and slamming the stone walls, even laughing out spontaneously. Be cautious for when cornered Mr. Vladimir will lash out. The results are in fact not pretty. During his sessions, he only spoke of death, the Dark Lord and loyalty. Background knowledge tells that his mother is the only living relative of the Vladimir family, Merishka Popescu. She is the only other thing he seems to be loyal to, for his visits to her halaman awal are frequent. He stays to himself most of the time, sometimes picking fist fights with the other patients. His sharp, intellectual sarcastic mind only leads closer to Chronic Mania.. We hope to keep him in here as long as possible.

anda watched in fright as the yellow eyes pierced though you. The man before anda ripped the paper to shreds, throwing them at you. “Nasty little thoughts on me.. Makes me sick..” anda managed a small glare of defiance. He tilted his head back, letting out a crazed laugh, “Little pawn, anda will soon understand!” he glared darkly at you, his shoulder length light brown hair sticking up everywhere, his right eye covered oleh thin strands of it. Within an instant, he robbed your keys from anda and unlocked the locker. There his weapons were hidden. A mad smile crossed the man's lips, he snickered, pulling his long mahogany mantel from the locker and dropping it on his shoulders. anda struggled against your bonds, trying to yell but only conveying muffled yelps from under the cloth. The man turned to you, a short sword in his hand, “Did I say anda could speak?” he smiled softly before returning to his weapons. He slipped them onto his sabuk and grabbed his charred wand. He turned back to anda and walked over- no.. strolled over. He looked like he was enjoying himself quite too much. “This is the day... The hari anda almost killed me.. Almost caught me.. But you'll always remember it.. As the day... anda died.” with that, Dmitry Vladimir flicked his wand, shocking anda with a green light... Green then black...

Dmitry Vladimir laughed at your body and walked to the nearest desk. He'd entered the medical area and was supposed to be injected atau something silly like that. “How muggle of them.” he searched drawers, snatching anything that could be useful. He hesitated as he came upon a batch of needles. Dmitry stroked the needles softly. “No.. No Vladimir.. Not here not now..” he turned and with a crack, apparated back to his little shack in Romania. Time to wait. He'd return to the others later on... He needed his fix though..

Meet the new Dmitry Vladimir. I kept most of the same idea about him, but reverted back to the original at the same time. I guess a bit of background is needed here, da? Well lets say when I mean, “He needed his fix though..” its exactly what anda think.. Needles. Fix. Addict. I wanted him to be a little lebih tangible than he was before hand. Dmitry is close to his family, his mother in particular. She did not fully support his choice in joining the Death Eaters but considered him lebih of a Death “Dealer” instead. She still was close enough to him that she did not care if he was evil atau not. He was still her son. In contrast with the other Dmitry, he is NOT a vampire. A little cannibalism here and there but that's the stage show. The tampil to scare others into submission, da? Well. He did harden up, not as... spastic as before but he's still fun. In a sadistic way. Sure I'll let him drink heavily now and then and cause some mayhem. If it wasn't too clear in the 'story description', Dmitry has shoulder length light brown hair that is lebih atau less unattended to. His eyes are a yellow gold.. like the modern crystal brown warna almost. He wears a deep mahogany (ITS MAHOGANY!) soldier-like mantel from the Romanian military. He attached a kap, hood to it for that added haunting effect. Typical kid. His hobbies include medicals, parkour, potion and poison making, and the occasional secret doodling. He keeps his distance but stays close enough to be accepted as an ally. He knows the dangers and will come face to face with them with demonstrated courage.. Is it really courage though? You'll figure it out.. He's a dynamic character. Changes with the surroundings over time. A deep weakness for him is his old addictions, tendency to speak lebih than act, and his utter fear of snakes and slimy creatures. Dmitry's not a fool to mess with otherwise. He'll be nice to anda guys though. Trust me. He likes his fellow Eaters as long as they treat him with enough respect he gives them.

Ah and his style is that of Steampunk. If anda don't know what that is its not an important thing to remember, its just something little for him.
