anda took part in “Vampire Academy”. The blockbuster which will be released very soon. What are your impressions from the American film production?
It is a powerful industry, professional and very talented. This is one of the superpowers in the cinema world. Americans produce a tremendous amount of good films and TV series every year. But half of them doesn’t reach us, unfortunately. The experience was, for me, not simple in many aspects because it was still my first role in English. I relaxed only when i was alone at the hotel. But I had to prepare for the selanjutnya hari of filming. Our shooting lasted for twelve, sometimes fourteen hours a hari for a few months. But it was an absolutely amazing experience in all aspects: in the professional sense and in dealing with wonderful actors and filmmakers.

Kozlovsky will not drink blood
“My character likes, falls in love, he’s passionate. In general, he is the hero.”

Danila Kozlovsky continues the expansion of Russian actors to the West. Recently it was held the American premiere of “Vampire Academy” – the first part of the film adaptation of the bestselling penulis Richelle Mead, in which Kozlovsky played one of the main roles, Dimitri Belikov, the son of a vampire and a human woman, such called dhampirs. Dimitri works in the Academy as a mentor of real vampire and younger dhampirs. In particular, he protects two friends – Rosemarie and Lissa. On the eve of the film’s release in theaters, Kozlovsky met with MK to talk about the Hollywood experience, difficulties of translation and working with Olga Kurylenko, who became famous after her big role in “Quantum of Solace”.

“I showed him two scenes from Richelle’s 1st book. The first scene is how real a Dhampir must kill a Strigoi. I showed him some gestures and read the text. The detik scene was about how Dimitri first understood he was falling for Roza. I must tampil how I see her (Roza), what i’m thinking, how i’m looking at her, what i’m thinking about her.”

Danila on his Vampire Academy Movie partners:
“All the guys are so young (i repeat: so young!) But all of them are incredibly talented. They (Dominic & Lucy) are big professionals...

Of course. I just don’t know how I can relate to this story differently. I don’t know the creativity of Richelle Mead, who invented the whole story.
I caught some polite and delicate irony in your words in relation to “Vampire Academy”. I want to clarify that certainly it is difficult to put “Vampire Academy” in one row with “Cherry Garden” oleh Chekhov. But this is so not because it is worse atau better, but because they are fundamentally different genres. But “Vampire Academy” is a very interesting, fascinating and an interesting literature in its genre and its category. 35...
