Whoever made this spot can change it, but if that person doesn't come to Fanpop very often then we can message one of the F4, and ask them.

F4 is Fanpop 4, the creators of Fanpop. They are Papa, Dave, Cliff, and Micheal. Do you have a specific icon and banner you want?

and there has been so many things that happened

Well I sent Dave a banner and icon awhile ago and asked if he could change it but he hasn't yet, so I'm thinking he probably won't =(
