@shannonfin : I think she will try to help/heal/save him. But if Damon does anything crazy due to his dementia, she'll do something about it (just like Stefan locks him in the webclip). I don't think it has to be a bad thing, Kat's just teasing us :)

I have a doubt here (very stupid, but I do not stop to ask me that) XD That part of the interview "A lot of what the characters Will be going through is: How can we, if at all, save Damon's life?" Kat was the one who said this, or was the interviewer's opnion? XD
