Chuck stepped into a jewellers, Tiffany and Co, where he was met oleh one of the jewellers ''Mr Bass, would anda like to take a look at the ring?'' the jeweller berkata ''Yes'' Chuck said. The jeweller placed a box on the counter, Chuck opened it and before his eyes was the most beautiful box Chuck had ever seen ''You've done me proud'' Chuck said, smiling.
Chuck exited Tiffany and Co and pulled out his phone he sent Blair a text message saying ''Meet me, Cafe Delmas, it's important''.

''Yea'' Blair answered, they both walked out of the cafe and back to where their limo had dropped them off, the driver took the bags off Chuck and placed them in the boot while Chuck and Blair stepped into the limo. They drove off down the Parisian streets, it was starting to get dark and the lights had come on, Blair looked out the window, she was mesmerised, Chuck looked at her in awe, she was the most beautiful women he had ever laid eyes on, and he couldn't believe after months of struggling she was his, finally, and he was hers, he didn't want to be with any other women.
When they got back to the hotel they stepped into the elevator, when they got to the floor of their room Chuck stopped Blair and kissed her, tenderley but passionately, Blair returned the ciuman and smiled.
