Wow 😲 this is a hard one. I just can't choose between Edward and Alphonse Elric Brothers. There both really strong and funny. Here is a funny Fullmetal Alchemist line.

Woah no wonder they call you the Fullmetal Alchemist. Your well covered in full body armor and metal. Plus your a big guy. Alphonse: Starts to sweat and says no not me in Edward my older brother. Al ponts down at Ed.
What? Your expect me to believe that,that puny small little shrimp runt is the Fullmetal Alchemist. Yah right he is nothing bit a pipsqueak. Edward: Grrrrr!!!!! Oh yah well can a pipsqueak do this? Than Edward uses his Alchemy to creat larg bricks coming from the ground and smashes the guy. WOW 😲 I have heard the story's about how powerful the Fullmetal Alchemist is. But I never expected him to be a small sized runt. Edward: Grrrrr!!!!!!!! Runs up to the guy and uses his alchemy to kick the guy sending him flying into the sky and he is gone.
Alphonse: Um......Edward I don't think he was talking about your height just now. Edward: Well even if he wasn't he still got what he deserved!
