Post an anime character who anda find to be dull and bland as well as boring

Usagi from Sailor Moon. I really don't get why she needed to be the main character

I love D.Gray-Man, but I wasn't so fond of Lenalee.
I really wanted to like her, but her personality left a lot to be desired and she felt like a trope to me.

I don't see much in him other than a typical shonen protagonist that's been the same rebellious birdbrain for 200+ episodes. I just can't seem to find absolutely any depth in this character..

This... human. Zed from Kiba. I refuse to rant, so basically he was a pointless, underdeveloped, cliche protagonist who didn't die simply because the plot wouldn't let him. No skill, no depth, and a total waste of animation. *leaves in a huff*

Outer Moka from Rosario+Vampire .She's just the definition of bland. She has little if any personality, no development,nothing aside form desain stands out about her,is often betrayed as prefect and is basically the biggest marry-sue in anime.
