Yep,Yamato/Cassidy from Pokemon and Lust from Fullmetal Alchemist (although I think she was considered an antagonist in just the Brotherhood series..) Hope Lust still counts though..

interesting question. can't say that i can think of any over the years. guess female bad guys just don't tend to have many admiral qualities that might elicit a crush.

Probably Sesshoumaru from Inuyasha. The reasons being:
(1) He's so freakin' hot *.*
(2) The guy isn't cruel at all. He took a little girl and cared for her, mourned for her, etc. though he still is evil in people's eyes, I guess because he want's to kill inuyasha XD And when I was younger and watched Inuyasha, I always squealed when he came on the screen xD
