is Crona a guy atau a girl? they call him a he, but at some moments, he looks like he has a dress on, and berwarna merah muda, merah muda hair, for a boy? but i thought it was nice when he became friends with Maka and the others

In the anime he's a boy... but I'll be honest, I haven't read komik jepang - but I have read that he's (she's) a girl in the manga. And yeah, I was happy he became frinds with Maka and the others.

Whether Crona is a boy atau a girl is never revealed. In the komik jepang and the Japanese version of the anime, gender-neutral pronouns are used to describe him/her. However, the English language doesn't have these pronouns, and Funimation didn't want to insult Crona oleh calling him/her an "it", so they used male pronouns in the dub.
