Exactly, shows like these do not ever produce top models, they're just a bit of fun to watch.

Heres an interesting fact: the agency that the models get 'signed to' = Elite.

Well basically they add the winning girl to their board but they DO NOT sign them up for work. ALL big clients turn these sort of people down IMMEDIATELY.

The agency makes a lot of money from this show however.

i think that in the all the cycles, there were a lot of high fashion models. but thay haven't had the chance to win. in my opinion, it's time to make the right desition. the judges shoudn't choose the model because of the raiting that she caused during the cycle. what they should do is choose the real model.
I think Anya is very high fashion

I think they probably could if they didn't do ANTM - I think it's kinda like a singer that comes off "amercain idol' and those types of show- it makes them tacky and undesrieable - people don't regard them as serisous models btu as wannabees.
however loads of them DO have high fashion looks for example fatima and anya both look like they could easily get printed on the cover of vogue.

I think at least a couple do- but the chances of them getting those opportunities, even if they win the competition, are slim.

Im kind of shocked at how so many people think they could to be honest.

Sasha Pivovarova, Raquel Zimmerman, Coco Rocha, Freja Beha Erichsen, Agnete Hegelund, Vlada Roslyakova, Lily Donaldson, Lara Stone, Irina Kulikova...and so forth

and then tell me if you actually think any of these tacky looking mediocre girls could stand a chance...
