You're already dating the guy from Arkansas, which means anda like him/love him, whatever.
But anda say the guy anda work with likes YOU. Do this mean anda like HIM, back, atau just that he's told anda he likes anda and now anda feel pressurised to do something about it?

To be honest i think things should stay the way they are. You're obviously happy with the guy you're dating so why hurt him just so anda can try it on with this new guy? Just because he likes anda doesn't make it your problem. He'll have to suck it up and continue with his life like you'll continue yours, and yes it will be difficult to work together for a little while, anda will get embarrassed about seeing each other across the jalan, street and not know what to say to each other, but don't anda think anda owe it to your boyfriend to stay as honest as possible to him?
anda shouldn't have to choose. anda should know who would be better for you.
