please help! all saran appreciated!!

about a bulan ago, this guy asked me if i wanted to go on a tanggal with him, and i berkata yes. we havent gone on the tanggal yet, but now im regretting saying yes, and i find him kind of creepy, but i still see him sometimes and he'll like come up and hug me and its sooooo awkward! :( what should i do???
