This scene really gets to me. Rivkin asks him whether he really expected him to leave Ziva just because he threatened him. The door closes and then he says "I had my hopes." It's like, when the door closes, he feels it's aman, brankas enough to say it. I can't get over that.
96. She wants something permanent.
Throughout their six years, he is the only one who has been permanent, the only one who has never let down, at least not on purpose. They are each other's constant.

That look when he and Ziva found out that sinar, ray was the CIA liason. He knew Ziva would be upset, he knows that she has major trust issues. I think even he was hurt when she was with Ray, it hurt him lebih to see her so hurt, even if it was just fleeting while he was around.
