Eh... It depends. I think the core of being "judgemental" is judging people too fast on minor traits before getting to know them / give them a genuine chance to know them.

If you go and look at someone and are like "Oh yeah that persons so judgemental fuck them" before actually looking into it like... first hand and seeing if thats really the story and character I suppose so

But if you like had strong first hand experience and all, probably not.

^I was thinking more on the lines of lots of personal experience with said judgmental person. That's an interesting insight, though. I guess a person's answer to this question depends on what they define as being judgmental.
