Is this effecting my health?

I hit a growth spirt recently and well put on...about 20 pounds I used to be 125 now im about 145 . I feel like this is straining my heath and I may be getting over weight I know I feel over weight and I honestly think it maybe effecting my health. Is it normal to put on tis much weight in a growth spirt? And how can I loose it quickly.....please help its driving me insane

Pretty sure it's normal. Weight gain is common during growth spurts. How much probably depends on the person.

Then exercise if anda don't like how much you've gained. Make your body use that fat. No offense

Exercise. anda need to lose that stored fat before it becomes actual fat.

If anda keep thinking like that, anda will be. Not to be mean atau anything, just, I think anda should speak to someone, like a counselor about this atau your parents. I remember being 13 and I was never this paranoid about my weight, I had lebih important things in life to worry about and anda do too. We all do. Life doesn't revolve around our weight atau body image. Stop worrying about your body image, no one cares about it, it's how anda are as a person, that is what matters.

Your weight is fine and anda have nothing to worry about. Growth spurts are a natural part of life and as long as anda eat healthily, exercise regularly anda will remain an almost constant weight.

A weight of 145 is nothing to be ashamed atau scared of. Hell i would KILL to be that skinny again but anda seem to think you're "obese". If anda think that i think anda need to go to the doctors and speak to a nutritionist and a psychologist because anda are so far away from obese it's scary.
anda don't need to lose the weight, anda need to contain it and keep it in reserve until anda need it.
Just stay healthy. That's the best way to go.

Everyone gains weight when they grow and this is mostly due to the fact that there is lebih of anda than there was before - lebih bone and lebih muscle - so don't worry!
