Seriously, this is really annoying me! I look through tons of pertanyaan on how to make one!

Everybody says "go to the halaman awal page, scroll down till anda see the words create fan club"

Well Guess what!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ITS NOT THERE!!!!!!!!!
