Help!!!!?

I have a weight issue i am over weight wanting to loose. I am 125 pounds 5 foot 6 please dont make fun of me!. Please can someone give any dieting tips?

Even if anda have no idea who I am atau why I'm so passionate about this, I care. And if anda wanna talk, oleh all means, I'll be here.

But I just want anda to know that your weight is perfect for your body, so don't worry. ))

I'm 5'4" and usually weight 110-115.

don't go on any fad diets, they suck and can harm you.

just try eating healthy, and cut out rongsokan, sampah food and stuff. And oleh doing that you'll maintain a healthy weight.

1. Stay calm. Think about what anda are going to do before anda do it.

2. Try exercising and eating healthier foods. It will help trust me as long as anda don't over exercise. :)

3. Don't go on a diet! Thats like the worst thing anda can do.

P.S. Your not over weight unless your doctor tells anda that anda are. As of right now your fine. :) Just be happy. Go see a movie with your friends atau something. There is no need to worry about your weight when anda can be out enjoying life! :D

Is that what anda see when anda look in the mirror atau is that what someone is telling you? anda are not over weight. My sister is the same height and weight and she is really skinny. If anda were to loose lebih weight anda could end up with some real health problems like anorexia atau bulimia. Two of the worst eating disorders. Ask your doctor, he atau she would probably tell anda the same, anda are at a good weight for your height. So, read this, anda are not overweight. I don't know how else to say it. Except to just eat healthy and exercise regularly but don't hurt yourself over this.
