Could someone make me a cartoon narwhhal?

Yes, a narwhal. I would like it to have a background. Also, if anda could, could anda make it zoomed in on it's face with it's head sticking out of water with a blue sky and white clouds?
If anda can't do this, that's perfectly fine. The only reason I'm asking anda guys to do it is beacuse I'm HORRIBLE at making digital art. Anyways, I'd be really happy if anda could do it :D
