What is the difference between whining and complaining?

Whining is when anda complain oleh uttering a low, usually nasal, complaining cry while complaining is expressing dissatisfaction, pain, uneasiness, censure, resentment, atau grief.

whining is the sound an abused dog makes. complaining is what that prissy menggerutu, jalang does when she complains about her dog being ugly, when she was the one who did it.

Complaining: anda know how terrible humanity is! Nobody in this fucking world knows how to treat each other with fucking respect! I mean, seriously, how hard is it to go to a man atau woman without getting this air of superiority around you, y'know? *usually leads to* Y'know, what, something should be done about this!
Whining: Wah, humanity is so terrible! Everyone hates each other and think they're better than each other, and it's just *sniff* stupid, anda know? *usually leads to* Oh, wah, poor me! What am I going to do?

Whining- a high, pitched cry atau a complaining tone of voice.

Complaining- expressing your distaste and annoyance.
