Who else thinks that gay friends are cool?

I don't know about 'cool'. It depends on the person and his/her personality. It doesn't depend on that persons sexuality.

anda can't really describe a person's personality and such from basing it on their sexuality; its the same for race, hair colour, hobbies, life preferences and many other things. I'm sure there are many 'cool' gay people, just as there are probably douche gay people. Its the same for everyone else too... XD

Someone's sexuality doesn't matter when it comes to friendship. It depends on their personality and whether they get along with my personality. That's the type of person I'd talk to and/or hang out with. Saying someone's cool because a person is gay is like saying I like a person because they are a girl atau my same race. Don't stereotype atau judge. Cool people come in all sorts of packages.

If anda mean gay as in homosexual, then they are amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have a pair of friends who are gay and they are so funny. They are so cool and they're always giggling.

Like the others have berkata here, being 'cool' has nothing to do with your sexuality.
I'm gay, but that doesn't make me cool.

To me, cool people are the ones who are who they are, whether they're gay atau straight, and don't pretend to be anything else. And those are the kind of people I want as my friends.

I had a friend who was bisexual in the 7th grade, he's the only boy that I currently know of that came out. In front of the English classroom. :)

I also currently have a friend who's bi, her name is Jen. And I'm bi myself ^_^

So yeah, I'd like to think we're cool friends. xD

Um, I don't think it matters. Being gay atau straight does not make anda a better or worse person either way. Yo, straight people can be nice and funny and help anda in hard times, for you, it sounds like anda have a good friend (or friends) who also happened to be gay but that has nothing to do with it.
And directed all of homophobekind, it does not make them worse people, either!
So... yeah.

Someone's sexual orientation doesn't have anything to do with how good atau cool of a friend they are. I have friends that are gay, and yes they're cool, but their sexuality isn't the reason why I'm friends with them. On the contrary, I know some people that are gay that I don't particularly like. Saying that someone is cool solely because of their sexual orientation is as ridiculous as saying that someone is cool solely on their ethnic background atau hair colour of silly, minor details like that.

Yes, i wish a had a gay friend.
But i agree with te others it all comes down to personality.
