link only site you'll ever need, cuz not only can anda find justin bieber pics here, but if anda join(its free, no strings attached) anda can make organized albums so he wont get lost among a folder full of other uploads and copies, anda can save gambar from a cari to albums, atau to a computer(simply click 'download' in the image options, that doesnt cost either), and best of all, photobucket has a fairly elaborate image editor(for something that works online, i know photoshop is better) that anda can make custon icons, wallpapers, banners, anda name it(thats how i made my current user icon actually). heres an example of a user's album too:
