This one is hard!

Peyton is not selfish. She did that benefit concert and forgave so many people for being terrible to her.

Brooke is unique. She saved Jamie's life and risked her own. She gave back her investors the money she owed even though it wiped her out and she forgave Lucas and Peyton for sneaking around.

Nathan is an awesome father and husband and he stuck by Haley when she was pregnant in high school and now. He couldnt possibly do all that and be called selfish, though I wanted to smack him after his accident.

Haley is the most selfless of them all. She is so motherly to her friends and her child. She is responsible and truly cares for others. She wants them all to be the best they can be and to strive for their goals.

Lucas is my choice because he couldnt make up his mind in seasons 1 and 2. Was he with Brooke, Peyton, Anna, or Nikki? He proposed to Lindsay while giving Peyton a few mixed signs (he's not good enough) and compared to all the other characters, he seems like the better choice.

This is just something that a lot of us are ALWAYS going to disagree on...

Overall, i think Peyton has a great heart. Like NaleyLuv pointed out, she did the benefit concert in S3. But I will always feel like Peyton was very selfish when it came to her relationship with Lucas. I've said it before, and I'll say it again, i think the way she went about telling Brooke that she still had feelings for Lucas was VERY selfish. That's just how i feel though.
