haha i remember that episode. about gray following lucy hahahaXD i laughed so hard that day. XD gray didn't even denied it when Happy was teasing him about Lucy XDDD

I don't think Lucy likes Gray in a romantic way. But i do believe that Gray has a bit crush on Lucy though. ^^ It has a lot of hints in the anime that Gray likes Lucy but in the komik jepang there wasn't any hints though
In the anime, during the Oracion Seis arc, Gemini had copied Gray and looked through/gathered information from him.
The copy had then revealed a lot of obvious jawaban but the copy had also read out "Lucy is the perfect woman".
But we can also hint from the Edolas arc, when Natsu, Lucy and Gray had entered the themepark in the castle. When the ship ride had almost hit them, Gray was covering Lucy.

Well Lucy blushes and flirts a lot with gray. Gray likes Lucy just as a friend though & cares about her but anda see gray become close to juvia & he develops romantic feelings for juvia.
