Ok i like this boy at my school but he doesn't notice me. Should i talk to him? what should i say plz help me.

I think anda should try to talk to him. find an excuse, like borrowing a pencil atau making sure there wasn't homework if anda have a class together. if anda don't, try bumping into him in the halls atau dropping something on his foot. then appologize and see if anda can get a short conversation going.
