house m.d. Guys, I need your help!

Right now, I'm translating the Lisa Edelstein interview about the 4th season of House (because it starts on the 2nd September in Germnay and I thought it would be nice when the German fans could read a little bit about it ;-) ) Anyway, my problem is: what does "get-go" mean?

(Full sentence: I felt House and Cuddy had the relasionship from the get-go, but they just weren't giving us any room to play with that, so I'm thrilled we will get to finally explore that.)

My 3 standard dictionaries don't know it either >< Does it mean something like from the beginning, from the start?"

Any help is appreciated *bows*

I think it means from the start. Interesting slang there may I add...never heard that one before!

oldmovie is right. It's like saying "I felt House and Cuddy had the relationship from the very beginning."
Must be an American thing. Hah
