Speaking of that mistake, that's why she loses points with me and her obsession with a man she doesn't know. "Ariel always had that strength to stick up for herself, and she still wanted to pursue human life even after her prejudice father decided against it. She was determined and unafraid of what people thought of her. But like Ariel and Snow White she makes a big mistake but at least she tries to fix them and realizes she was wrong. "she never seems to doubt that she will have a happy ending even after she finds out that the queen wants to kill her. She is treated like a servant yet is still positive. She has to see her childhood halaman awal fall into disrepair and see her father's money being wasted with dresses, hats, cosmetics, etc. Her stepmother is constantly playing with her hopes, and even after the traumatic physically abusing dress-ripping scene she still manages to look the woman who has made her life a hell in the eyes." -Silverrose1991
