I was pretty sure he loved Shirley and i just couldn't decide between her and CC i like them both LOL im guessing he loved Shirley, felt some close almost romantic feelings for CC and i think he just thought of kallen as a close companion.

You know this is all just opinions from fans right o.o and I agree he Did feel some romantic feelings toward cc, but I believe he loved Shirley the most and that Shirley and lelouch BELONG together <3333

I guess i'll personally b fine with it as long as he didn't like kallen the most -.- i didn't really like her

Anyway i love cc and i love to see her with lelouch and yea lelouch shows feelings for cc
BUT...He does love shirley more it's obvious

I think sherly is his only love intrest he would go any extent to protect her

But i think the ending would a little better if we were shown he is buried beside sherly
