Last tahun I made them for my ex-boyfriend on Valentines Day... I really liked them!
For ca 60 pralines anda need:
For truffle filling:
300g halfbitter cokelat coating
100g butter
100g cream
For flavour:
bourbon vanilla
cinnamon
jeruk, orange abrasion
cayenne pepper
pahit badam, almond aroma
Cointreu
For coating:
full-cream susu cokelat coating
white cokelat coating
cocoa
finely chopped nuts (e.g. hazelnuts)
For filling:
complete nuts (e.g. hazelnuts, almonds)
dried fruits
1. truffle filling
- heat the cream in a pot and let the mentega and the halfbitter cokelat coating melt in it slowly
- attention: it shouldn't boil!
- add a flouvor if anda like e.g. the bourbon vanilla, some cinnamon, the jeruk, orange abrasion, cayenne pepper, pahit badam, almond aroma atau Cointreu
- fill in the fluid truffle filling in a bowl covered with plastic membungkus, bungkus atau a baking plate and let it cool in a fridge for at least 3 hours
- cut the truffle filling block in small pieces (1 x 1 cm) and form a small ball of each (here anda can put in the complete nuts atau the dried fruits too)
2. coating
- let the cokelat coating melt in a double boiler and pull the balls through it
- as a last resort anda can now roll the balls through the finely chopped nuts atau sprinkle it with cocoa
