I walked down the bakery store, just coming back from work. I sniffed the fresh air of the bread, which tasted delicious. My boyfriend, Antoine was strolling along with me, talking the night away. I paid absolutely no attention to him, just dreaming about chocolates and their flavory tastes. Creamy vanilla, white, karamel fillings.....delicious! Antoine gently tapped me on the shoulder, unaware if I was listening. He smirked at me when I lied and berkata yes, which caused him to continue. I sighed, I wonder if all he thought about was his job. Tax papers, faxes, emails, he never had time for us. -Ingredients :1 large cokelat pound loaf * black ceri, cherry selai * 60ml Kirsch+ 60ml brendi * 700g drained black cherries
-Chocolate Custard:90g Dark chocolate,minimum 70% biji cokelat, kakao solids, chopped * 250ml susu * 250ml heavy cream *6 egg yolks *85g sugar *25g biji cokelat, kakao
- Topping : 250ml Double cream *Dark cokelat Shavings
Special Equipment: Large wide trifle bowl
- Method:
1.Spread the cokelat cake slices with the ceri, cherry jam, and layer the bottom of a large wide trifle bowl. 2.Pour the Kirsch+Brandy over the cake sandwiches, and then puncak, atas with the drained cherries. Cover with cling & let it sit, while anda make the custard.
3.Melt the cokelat in the microwave. Set aside. In a panci gently warm the susu and cream. Whisk the yolks, sugar, and biji cokelat, kakao in a bowl. Pour the warm susu and cream into the bowl whisking it into the yolks and sugar mixture. First, dont wash yourself for 2 weeks... yeah you'll smell but that turns guys on!
Then, when you're ready to look amazing, put a thick layer of foundation on (it has to be 5 shades darker than your normal skintone) making sure to leave an obvious line down the side of your face.. dont put any on your neck, only the face!
Purple eyeshadow is the way to go! Apply a thick layer from your lashes till you're only 1mm away from your eyebrow!
Apply black eyeliner on both your waterline and directly underneath your eye. It gives a real ghetto, I'm a teen kinda look!
Lipstick... If youre blonde, go for a hot berwarna merah muda, merah muda that stands out! If you're black/ginger, go for a dark rouge kinda colour... it makes your hair look amazing! If you're brunette, go for a pale pink.. but use a brown lipliner! It makes your lips look bigger!
Hair, Back-comb it all! Every sinle strand has to be brushed in the wrong direction! Then when anda thing it has enough volume... Try to straighten it... it'll puff in just the right places.. trust me the guys will be wiped off their feet!

Ingredients
Last tahun I made them for my ex-boyfriend on Valentines Day... I really liked them!


For ca 60 pralines anda need:

For truffle filling:
300g halfbitter cokelat coating
100g butter
100g cream

For flavour:
bourbon vanilla
cinnamon
jeruk, orange abrasion
cayenne pepper
pahit badam, almond aroma
Cointreu

For coating:
full-cream susu cokelat coating
white cokelat coating
cocoa
finely chopped nuts (e.g. hazelnuts)

For filling:
complete nuts (e.g. hazelnuts, almonds)
dried fruits



1. truffle filling
- heat the cream in a pot and let the mentega and the halfbitter cokelat coating melt in it slowly
- attention: it shouldn't boil!
- add a flouvor if anda like e.g. the bourbon vanilla, some cinnamon, the jeruk, orange abrasion, cayenne pepper, pahit badam, almond aroma atau Cointreu
- fill in the fluid truffle filling in a bowl covered with plastic membungkus, bungkus atau a baking plate and let it cool in a fridge for at least 3 hours
