B.A.P's side responds to TS Entertainment statement 

B.A.P\'s side has responded to a recent statement made by agency TS Entertainment.

The representation for the group, who have filed a lawsuit against their management, stated on December 5:

"Starting from March 21 of this year until June, the members traveled to Sendai, Osaka, Tokyo, the Philippines, New York, Dallas, Chicago, Los Angeles, London, Paris, Dusseldorf, Melbourne, Sydney, Taiwan, Singapore, Fukuoka, Nagoya, Chiba, and Bangkok to complete a murderous schedule. Due to their busy schedule, the members suffered mental and bodily fatigue, which was what the \'agency trust problem\' referred to.

The first time the members received a settlement of accounts was on August 1, 2014, and the amount was 17,900,000 Won (~$16,058 USD). However, the members had to go through a lot in order to receive their first settlement of accounts. The reason was not because of the amount, but because the agency constantly changed their words and did not reveal documents.

What the members have wanted from their agency since 2013 is one thing, they want the documents of the accounts to be revealed clearly. However, the members\' requests were ignored each time. Even now, the members don\'t know the payment or terms and conditions of the concerts they\'ve fulfilled. Though they asked for an explanation about the cost of 1.55 billion Won (~$1.4 million USD), the agency has not responded for months. 

The agency needs to clearly reveal the usage of 1.55 billion Won for promotions. If the agency does not, it will be difficult to claim legal liability for the money or for reporting a false account to the members. If the costs were legitimate, it doesn\'t matter if the members are owed 0 Won. 

The agency has no evidence as to whether there are forces or a mastermind behind the lawsuit or what the situation is, and they\'re simply asserting the false claim that there is. The members are reviewing defamation of character and other legal action against the company for this."

TS could stop this lawsuit by doing 2 things:

#1 Turn over financial statements and related documents regarding BAP to an independent accounting firm agreed to by both parties.  After examination it should show no funny business in the statements.

#2 Agree to take into account BAPs opinion and physical condition when planning schedules.  

Would that be a problem?  Only if BAPs claims are true.  If TS resists too much that will be a clue.

If I wasn\'t so busy with Finals in college I would probably be a tad bit more concerned. As a BABY...I\'m glad the boys are sticking-up for their legitiment  Claim for clear accounting. It\'s not like they know anything about accounting! Even as an Economics major myself...those numbers are confusing as ever. As for TS Entertainment, I can see why they are also frustrated since B.A.P is their corporate project. It\'s all about the numbers people! If B.A.P doesn\'t preform to the standards that are set, they can\'t receive a dime. I mean their coaches, advertising, and promotions cost a lot of dough. I can also understand why TS didn\'t show them the numbers: it\'s a lot of speculation and guessing numbers up till tax day. Besides those of us who use those formulas to create projected numbers, sometimes we don\'t even understand them. How can we even explain it to people who don\'t even understand the complexity of those numbers on sheets?

hm... TS needs to admit it already. Theres no point resisting the fact that they got busted taking more than they needed too behind BAP\'s back... foul play!! I\'m so angry right now!! I just want them to go in court already so TS can finally be busted foul playing!! I also want to know the truth and lies! so TS can be shamed!

they aren\'t even upset about how much money they received which is what we all are rly upset about...they are mostly upset about not knowing where the expenses have been used. as long as they know and theyre legitimate, theyre rly okay with the amount that theyre making. i guess they just want to have more control over their own lives. this is a pretty level-headed reason to file a lawsuit actually...

" Yongguk was sick so he was going to the hospital now and then but TS suddenly told him to go Law of Jungles. Yongguk said he is unwell and doing the variety show may deteriorate B.A.P\'s image so asked if he could do it when he gets healthier."

"One staff also stated "we were told they had South America tours in two weeks and it was supposed to be kept a secret from the members" which only states bap had no choice of their schedules.

One member was taken to the hospital due to exhaustion but the staff came and tried to take him to schedule so the doctor even said "if you take him like this something worse might happen" but still took him to the schedule anyway." 

Without talking about the financial issue, can anyone here focus on the fact that some of the members went to the ER and still some staff came to pick them right away for their next schedule !!! I mean if the company doesn\'t care about their health first then there\'s no freaking Honesty, sincerity or humility (The agency\'s code as TS said in their statement) and i can understand as a human being why the BAP members don\'t trust TS and i agree with them on that !!!! 

I\'m not a BABY, but I am an E.L.F, and a Cassie, and I\'ve been those since 2008. I know exactly how all of you BABYs feel about this lawsuit, and I understand that you want justice for B.A.P. However, by saying things such as "fuck TS," or degrading the image of the company will not help B.A.P at all. I\'m not saying that you should not actively support the group, but I just would like you to know that by trashing the company, you are also ruining B.A.P\'s reputation as respected artists. The fandom is a support group, not the hired hit men of the group. 

Please, take this into consideration when you post online about the lawsuit and all involved.
